Missing or Lost Packages

If something is missing from your package, notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisonliore.com. We’ll investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages:

  • With Shipping Protection: If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout, we’ll send a free replacement for lost packages—no questions asked.

  • Without Shipping Protection: Customers are responsible for lost packages if Shipping Protection was not selected. We highly recommend opting in for peace of mind.
