Return & Exchange Policy – Maison Lioré
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns
You may return any item purchased from Maison Lioré within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@maisonliore.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
Return costs:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping delays caused by customs or transit are not valid reasons for return.
Return Instructions

Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags and labels attached.

Include the return authorization (RA) and any requested documentation.

Print and attach the return label (if provided via email).

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We’ll handle the return and cover the shipping cost. You’ll receive a voucher or prepaid return label.
Return Authorization
If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed return instructions. If we are unable to provide a return label, you’ll still receive instructions for sending it back.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. We only exchange for items of equal value. If the new item is more expensive, the difference must be paid by the customer. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider may require extra time to reflect it in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for return, items must be:

In original packaging
In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requesting the original item back. If that replacement is also unsatisfactory, both items must be returned for a refund.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling and inspection. This fee may be waived if:

You received the wrong item and no replacement is available
Policy Updates
Maison Lioré reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
